Total Body Conditioning
TBC classes are core-based, functional, faith-filled and life-changing when done consistently. These workouts will not only increase muscle mass and fat burning potential, but shape, define and strengthen. Class format varies from traditional group style, to intervals, circuits and boot camps, and work the entire body leaving you confident and ready to conquer! We use dumbbells, towels, wheels, ropes, tubes, bands, balls, bars, stairs, steps, boxes, kettle bells and body weight training to keep things fresh, effective, flowing and FUN and each class concludes with yoga, meditation and prayer.
