Like many who grew up in the 80’s Stacey suffered the ‘triple threat’ of disordered eating, addiction, and chronic stress that kept her over-thinking, drinking, working, exercising, attaching, achieving…

Her tumultuous journey eventually led to a car accident, DUI arrest, jail cell, challenge to sobriety and therapists office. Stacey set out on a truth quest that brought her face to face with Truth Himself and never looked back. 

For the past 30 years she has devoted her life to the Lord Jesus Christ and helped countless men and women break free from addictive cycles, be well, walk in truth, find peace, turn fear into love and power, pain into purpose, passion into profit, launch ministries and businesses, get healthy, fit, faith-filled and free, and go deeper, higher, further, faster!

Stacey and her husband Hugo live in southern California. Their greatest success is three happy, healthy, kid-ults, living adventurous lives in wholehearted service and glory to God.

Her favorite things are water skiing at sunrise, a hot shower after a great workout, a big dose of nature, the beach at sunset, and coaching you to FREEDOM in every sense of the word.
